If so, we invite you to apply for the Marketing & Special Events Manager position at United Arts of Central Florida. In this impactful role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing engaging marketing initiatives and events that expand our reach, build relationships with key stakeholders and advance our mission. You will be responsible for:

· Marketing:

o Proven experience developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing, PR)

o Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ability to measure campaign effectiveness (e.g., ROI, lead generation)

o Ability to change copy/graphics on main webpages

o Experience with automation tools a plus

 

· Event Management:

o Proven track record of planning and executing successful events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, product launches)

o Excellent logistical skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines and all event-related vendors

 

· Project Management:

o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

o Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

o Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello)

 

· Communication:

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences (incl. writing press releases, stewardship letters, sponsorship proposals and appeals)

o Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently present ideas and proposals

o Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in the nonprofit industry

· Budget management experience

· Graphic design and/or video editing skills

 

Education, Experience, Travel & Other:

· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university,

o Exceptional skill sets and experience may qualify instead of formal education.

· Three years of experience

o Experience in nonprofit marketing is a plus.

· Able to travel in the four-county region and attend cultural events on nights and weekends outside of normal 9-5 Business hours (monthly)

· Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
