Winter Garden Heritage Foundation

The Winter Garden Heritage Foundation operates the History Research, Education, and Visitors’ Center and two museums- the Winter Garden Heritage Museum and the Central Florida Railroad Museum- all located in the heart of Winter Garden’s Downtown Historic District. The Foundation’s venues provide history education programs for adults and children at events and via live social media presentations; rotating exhibits on West Orange County history; archived research material available to the public; and an event space available for rent.  Since 1994, the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation has adhered to its mission to “preserve local history and architecture while creating new cultural experiences.”
